Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

Purple Hat Ventures, LLC has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on the Lavender Dating app (the “App”). We are committed to protecting users and preventing our platform from being used for any illegal or harmful activities involving minors.

1. Adults-Only Platform

Lavender is intended strictly for adults. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the App. Accounts suspected of belonging to individuals under 18 may be suspended or permanently removed.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

We strictly prohibit any content or behavior that involves or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sharing, uploading, or distributing sexual images involving minors.
• Attempting to exploit, groom, or solicit minors.
• Requesting explicit images from individuals believed to be under 18.
• Using the platform to facilitate or promote illegal activity involving minors.

3. Detection and Moderation

We use a combination of automated tools and human moderation to detect and prevent harmful content and behavior. Accounts or content that appear to violate this policy may be reviewed, restricted, or permanently removed.

4. Reporting and Enforcement

Users can report suspicious behavior, abusive content, or potential violations directly within the App. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and may result in immediate account suspension or removal.

5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

If we become aware of content or behavior that may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation, we may report it to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other law enforcement agencies, as required by law.
