Community Safety & CSAE Policy
Last updated: August 20, 2026
1. Our Zero-Tolerance Policy
Purple Hat Ventures, LLC has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, or any attempt to use our websites, applications, or related services (the “Services”) to harm or exploit a minor.
We prohibit this conduct regardless of whether it occurs through user content, an account, a review, a profile, a communication feature, or any other use of a Service.
2. Services Covered by This Policy
Purplecast permits user-submitted material, including display names, handles, bios, avatars, ratings, reviews, helpful votes, and Community comments and replies about TV shows, episodes, movies, games, and podcasts. Community may include mentions, reports, blocks, and profile-privacy controls, but it is not a private messaging service. Countdown of Trump and Maze Trekker do not offer user-to-user messaging or public user-content features. This policy applies to all Services and to anyone who uses them.
Our Services are not directed to children under 13. Users must also meet any higher minimum age required by applicable law or the platform through which they access a Service.
3. Respectful Community Participation
Purplecast Community is for respectful discussion of entertainment. It is not private messaging, and no content is guaranteed to be reviewed before it appears. Mark spoilers when appropriate, respect profile settings, and remember that a Plus badge, verified-reviewer checkmark, moderation status, or administrative role never exempts a person from these rules or means we endorse their statements.
4. Prohibited Content and Conduct
We strictly prohibit, including but not limited to:
- Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, storing, or distributing CSAM or sexual images of a minor.
- Grooming, exploiting, trafficking, coercing, or sexually soliciting a minor.
- Harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, hate speech, discriminatory abuse, or encouragement of self-harm.
- Graphic unlawful violence, credible real-world threats, illegal activity, or dangerous conduct.
- Doxxing, sharing private information without permission, impersonation, deceptive behavior, or inappropriate handles, avatars, and profile content.
- Spam, coordinated manipulation, abuse of reports, ratings, reviews, recommendations, mentions, or blocking tools.
- Infringing content, malicious code, scraping, or attempts to evade moderation, rate limits, suspensions, or other safety controls.
- Using a Service to facilitate, promote, normalize, or conceal illegal activity involving a minor.
- Attempting to evade our safety controls, moderation, reporting processes, or law-enforcement requests.
5. Reporting and Blocking
If you believe that CSAE, CSAM, grooming, or another threat to a minor is present in a Purple Hat Ventures Service, report it immediately through an available in-service reporting tool or by contacting us at info@purplehatventures.llc. Please include enough information for us to locate the relevant account or content, but do not send or attach suspected CSAM.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first. You may also make a report directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children's CyberTipline.
6. Detection, Review, and Enforcement
We may use reports, automated safeguards, and human review to identify and address content or conduct that may violate this policy. Purplecast Community users can report comments and block other accounts; reports and available moderation tools do not guarantee that harmful content will be identified immediately. No safety measure is perfect, so we encourage users to report concerns promptly.
We may remove content, restrict Community participation or other features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and take other steps reasonably necessary to protect users and the Services. We may act without notice when needed to address safety, legal, or security risk.
7. Reporting to Authorities and Cooperation
When we become aware of apparent CSAM or other conduct that may require a report, we will make reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and other authorities as required by applicable law. We will cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and take reasonable steps to preserve information when legally required.
8. Policy Review and Contact
We review this policy as our Services, safety practices, and legal obligations evolve. For questions about this policy or to report a concern, contact us at:
