  • Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights and safety of users.

3. How We Share Information

  • With other users: If a Service includes social, community, or interactive features, information you choose to share may be visible to other users.
  • Service providers: We use trusted vendors for hosting, storage, notifications, analytics, email delivery, customer support, ads, payments, and moderation.
  • Legal & safety: We may disclose information to comply with laws, respond to lawful requests, or protect users.
  • Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred.

4. Advertising

Some Services may show advertisements through third-party providers such as Google AdMob. Those providers may collect device identifiers, approximate location, and usage data to provide and measure ads. You can often limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier in your device settings.

5. AI & Automated Processing

We may use automated tools, including AI-enabled tools, to support product features, improve user experience, and help with moderation and safety. Depending on the Service, this can involve sending prompts, uploaded content, or related metadata to a service provider to generate a response, classification, recommendation, or moderation result.

6. Location

Some Services use city-level location or approximate coordinates to support location-based features. We do not intentionally share your precise location with other users unless a feature clearly requires it and you choose to enable it. You can control location access in your device settings and, where supported, edit location information manually in the applicable Service.

7. Communications

We may send push notifications, emails, and in-product messages about account activity, product updates, support, transactions, or marketing. You can manage notification and email preferences within the applicable Service when available, or unsubscribe from marketing emails via the provided link.

8. Your Choices & Rights

  • Access and update your account information, profile, and settings.
  • Control permissions such as location access and notification preferences.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data through the relevant Service or by contacting us.
  • Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information.
  • We do not sell personal information. Some advertising sharing may be considered “sharing” under certain state laws; you can opt out via device privacy settings.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. When you delete your account or request deletion, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, unless we must retain it for legal, operational, or safety reasons.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
