Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Lavender Dating ("App"), operated by Purple Hat Ventures, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
Account Registration
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any information to keep it accurate
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
User Conduct
You agree not to:

- Share content that is offensive, obscene, or violates others' rights
- Attempt to access other users' accounts without authorization

User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the App. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the App. You are solely responsible for the content you post and represent that you have all necessary rights to share it.
Safety
While we strive to create a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the identity or behavior of other users. You are responsible for taking appropriate precautions when interacting with others, especially when meeting in person. We encourage you to report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Purple Hat Ventures, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.
Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OR CONTENT OF OTHER USERS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PURPLE HAT VENTURES, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App or sending you an email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
